1. How did Half Brick hit your mind?
Mason frequently avoids using The Half Brick™ when constructing a building, although the corner would be incomplete without it. The Half Brick™ informs the Mason, “I am impossible to be ignored!” Though this rule is more apt to humans too, many strategies have been used to avoid them. We want our younger generations to learn their preferred skills and let the world know that they cannot be avoided.
2. Having been into marketing in the past, what is that you are trying to pitch the world through Half Brick?
The Half Brick is India's answer to the world.
Everyone in this world is a half brick. If you believe you are the complete brick, your growth will come to an?end. The Half Brick has created an inclusive people’s platform themed as “raw stories to inspire our younger generation in the form of storytelling”, to recognize and celebrate the life journey of the self-made and selfless people who are growing from ground zero from all walks of life around the world.
Our motto is to create “self-dependent younger generations” to achieve that we are going to upskill and cross skill our Unemployed Graduates, graduates, students, college dropouts, school dropouts and working professionals.
In startup ecosystem, when a startup receives funding, the rest of the world will value, recognise, and celebrate that company. What about bootstrapped founders whose businesses expand steadily year after year?
In Athletics or sports ecosystem, when a person wins an Olympic gold medal, the entire world values, recognises, and celebrates that individual. What about the government school physical education teacher who ensured that thousands of kids received medals at the district, zonal, state, national, and international levels?
Oppression, like this suppression, exists in all professions, age groups, and countries around the world.
In our raw stories' platform, speaker profiles can be of any age, profession, or country. They must describe their life path, particularly their setbacks and how they handled those unforeseen circumstances.
Each person in this universe has a unique skill set, just like everyone has a different set of fingerprints. They must be valued, recognized, and celebrated. Despite our differences, we all must join hands to make our world complete.

3. How do you feel when it happens “Brick by brick”?
So far, we have held six raw stories events in four states. In our Inclusive People's Platform, over 180 speakers shared their life stories. Speakers range in age from 5 years old to IAS officers and business owners, auto drivers, studentpreneur, bootstrapped founders, media personalities, and a 90-year-old Idly Patti (1 rupee). Our Next event is coming 27th August 2023 in Singapore. Speakers are coming from around the world to our Singapore raw stories event.
4. While each story you take to the stage is different, what unique value proposition you observe in them?
As Previously stated, each person in this universe has a unique skill set, just like everyone has a different set of fingerprints. They must be valued, recognized, and celebrated. Despite our differences, we all must join hands to make our world complete.
Our youngsters should learn how to get up and conquer obstacles if they fall. Our speakers discuss their setbacks and how they handled those situations.
5. When would you feel accomplished of having built a complete wall?
The Half Brick is the movement; it may take another 40 years to reach my vision a little further across the planet. To be more specific, if I am able to uplift or impact at least 50K people around the world, I will have accomplished 1% of my vision.
